An n/a player can not be on your roster once the season goes live without permission from the commissioners.
so for players like Marshawn Lynch or Mike Vick who are n/a due to a specific game exemption, they would be allowed.
Players like Plaxico who are indefinitely suspended or Michael Crabtree who is not under contract will be refused.
These are just some examples, and not the only options in either scenario. This is why the commissioners review each case independently.
